Artful Carver Return Policy for Custom Items

Your sign is a personal item made just for you. Work cannot begin on your sign until full payment is received. Please check your mock-up carefully for spelling mistakes, proper wording, and design and ensure that it is what you want. No refunds can be made once work on your sign starts. If your sign arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the sign back and front. Email us the pictures and if applicable, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Send the sign back to us with the RAN clearly marked. We reserve the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion. Do not send back your item without a RAN provided by us as it may just be disposed of with no further action taken.

Here is a picture that shows another option on how to mount a sign to a vertical post. Screw a plate to the end of the sign and then screw the plate to the vertical post.
